SpinnySleeve turns your vinyl collection into a living card binder. Add albums, assign rarity, choose frames, and watch your personal music archive grow page by page.
Every function below exists to make cataloguing feel like collecting — because it is.
Log every album you own with the details that actually matter to a collector — artist, pressing, label, and year — and slot it straight into your binder.
Tag each record by how hard it was to find. Rarity isn't decoration here — it changes how the card looks and where it sits in your spread.
Pick from a set of card frames so every sleeve gets a look that matches its story, from plain stock to full foil treatment.
Organize by genre, decade, or label, with empty slots marking exactly what's missing from a complete spread.
Keep a running want-list beside your shelf, so the records you're chasing live right next to the ones you've already found.
Follow your binder as pages fill in and spreads complete — every new addition should feel like it moved the needle.
This is exactly how rarity works inside SpinnySleeve: drag the fader and your card's frame, glow, and label update live.
Rarer pulls get a heavier frame, a brighter glow, and a foil-style badge — so the shelf-find you waited three years for actually looks like it.
We're a small crew of vinyl obsessives who got tired of watching our collections live as flat spreadsheets and dusty shelf photos. SpinnySleeve was built by collectors, for collectors — people who know that every record deserves more than a line in a list.
Our mission is simple: give every record its own stage. A collection should feel the way it sounds — rich, textured, worth flipping through again. SpinnySleeve turns the quiet act of cataloguing into something you actually want to open.
Inside the app, every album becomes a card you build yourself: assign a rarity tier, pick a frame, and slot it into a binder organized by genre, decade, or label. Empty slots mark what you're still hunting, so your want-list sits right beside your shelf.
Rare finds, favorite labels, and completed spreads — every addition should feel like it mattered. That's the whole idea, in one sentence.
"Not a spreadsheet. Not a shelf. A binder that finally feels like yours."
The short version: SpinnySleeve doesn't collect, store, or transmit any of your data anywhere but your own phone.
SpinnySleeve does not collect any personal information. There are no accounts to create, no email addresses to submit, and no names or location data requested at any point. Everything you enter — album titles, artist names, cover art, rarity tags, frame choices, and your want-list — is created and stored entirely within the app, on your own device.
Because we don't collect any information, we have nothing to use, analyze, or sell. Every feature — building cards, assigning rarity, organizing your binder, tracking your want-list — runs entirely on-device, with no servers processing your data and no analytics studying how you use the app.
All information you add — your collection entries, card designs, frame choices, and wishlist — is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate a cloud database, and nothing you enter is transmitted to us or to any third party.
SpinnySleeve does not integrate third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or external SDKs of any kind. The app does not need to contact outside servers to function.
Because your information never leaves your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your collection is only as exposed as your device itself — keep its lock screen and software up to date.
SpinnySleeve does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal information is gathered from any user, the app is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.
You are always in full control of your data. Every card, frame, and want-list entry lives on your device, and you can edit or remove it at any time from within the app. Uninstalling SpinnySleeve removes all associated data, since there are no backups, accounts, or cloud copies stored anywhere else.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app or to applicable law. Any changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above, and we encourage you to check back occasionally.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, reach out to privacy@spinnysleeveapp.com.
Got a question, a bug to report, or an idea for a new frame style? SpinnySleeve is shaped as much by our community of collectors as by us — reach out below and a real person will get back to you.
